Deborah Denys brings decades of leadership, public service, and strategic planning experience to her real estate practice, offering clients an unparalleled understanding of growth, infrastructure, and community development in Volusia and Flagler Counties. Her career spans local, regional, and state-level leadership roles, including service as a Volusia County Council Member, Volusia County School Board Member, and current member of the New Smyrna Beach Planning & Zoning Board.

Deborah has been appointed by multiple Florida governors to key positions, including the Florida Communities Trust Board and Chair of the Early Learning Coalition of Flagler & Volusia Counties. She has also chaired major regional organizations such as the Central Florida Metropolitan Planning Organization and the River to Sea Transportation Organization, where she helped guide long-range transportation and land-use planning efforts through 2045.

Her leadership has been recognized with numerous honors, including the 2020 FOCUS Award for excellence in planning, 2019 Citizen of the Year, and recognition as one of the Top Most Influential People in Volusia and Flagler Counties.
